The Center for the Advancement of Social Entrepreneurship at Duke’s Fuqua School of Business offers Smart Impact Capital ™ (“the Program”) as a set of resources designed to help the licensee be more efficient and effective in raising impact capital for a social venture.  The Program is not intended as a substitute for advice and guidance from accountants, lawyers, and other stakeholders.

No Right to Modify or Copy. Licensee is granted the right to access the Program through Duke’s CASE Smart Impact Capital^TM website only and is not given any right to modify or copy the Program.  Licensee is not given any rights to Duke’s website or the Duke networks on which it resides, except for purposes of accessing the Program.

Rights in Access.  Licensee acknowledges that the license to access the Program is non-transferable and non-sublicenseable.

Non-Credentialing Program. Licensee acknowledges that the Program, at this time, proffers no credential to the Licensee.  Licensee shall not represent participation in the Program as an official credential or degree from Duke University, Fuqua School of Business, Center for the Advancement of Social Entrepreneurship, or any other schools/programs within Duke.
