In order to be eligible for a refund:
- Licensee must not have logged onto the Smart Impact Capital platform (casesmartimpact.com); and
- Request for refund must be received in writing within 30 days of registration to CASESmartImpact@duke.edu.
If licensee has logged into the Smart Impact Capital site, s/he will not be eligible for a refund.
Credit card refunds will be issued to the credit card used during the original payment.
